About Integrated Journeys

We currently offer a therapeutic modality called  Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy  (KAP) in partnership with an  organization called Journey Clinical.  Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a holistic modality  in which ketamine is used as a complement to psychotherapy  to help eligible patients experience more frequent  breakthroughs and sustained improvement in symptoms. I  take on the psychotherapy portion of the experience, while  Journey Clinical’s medical team supports you on all medical  aspects. This includes determining eligibility, developing  a custom treatment plan, prescribing the medicine and  monitoring outcomes.

About Ketamine Assisted Therapy

Ketamine-assisted therapy is an innovative approach to mental health treatment that combines the use of the medication ketamine with psychotherapy. Ketamine is an FDA-approved medication that has shown promising results in treating various mental health conditions, particularly treatment-resistant anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

About Our Therapist

Becca Hooper-Esquibel is a highly skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. With a no-nonsense direct approach, Rebecca creates a safe and non-judgmental space for her clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Assisted by patient use of ketamine, she utilizes evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), cognitive processing therapy and mindfulness-based interventions to help clients develop effective coping strategies and achieve their therapeutic goals. She believes in the power of collaboration and actively involves her clients in the treatment process, empowering them to take an active role in their own healing.
